Randall Franklin, CPA/PFS,CFP®

Randy’s passion is to blend veteran technical experience with a heart for people and their life journeys. He's been in the financial world for his entire adult career and has seen the market fluctuate and trends come and go, but these constants remain: a heart to serve and the know-how to do it well. He brings broad experience as an advisor, specialist and Certified Public Accountant to offer comprehensive service to his clients.

Randy is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist, and he also holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation. In addition, he has successfully completed the FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 examinations. He offers financial strategy services through Private Advisor Group, a Registered Investment Advisor, and is also life insurance-licensed in Kentucky. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Kentucky University.

Randy founded Franklin Financial Group in 2012 and his former CPA firm, Franklin Certified Public Accountants, Inc., in 2006.*

Randy is committed to giving back locally with his experience in finance and administration. He continues to serve on the Board of Directors and/or Treasurer for several local civic and community organizations.

He has served on the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, and as a past president of the Green River Chapter of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the Madisonville Noon Kiwanis Club where he is a past president and has also served on the board of directors. He has served as an elected member of the Hopkins County Board of Education and was Board Chairman on multiple occasions.

Randy attends Immanuel Baptist Church and serves in many positions related to church ministry and administration. He and his wife, Jackie, have two children, Paige and Seth.
